工作职责：

职责描述：
1. 根据川宁的生产能力及技术平台，为公司寻找并引进海外先进的、适合在川宁转化的合成生物学产品和技术，并与产品和技术开发的公司建立合作关系；
2. 根据川宁的生产能力及技术平台，评估客户需求和公司满足客户需求的能力（尤其是合成生物学或酶催化技术需求）,为海外客户提供川宁CDMO、CRO或其他方式的研发合作及生产服务；
3. 跟踪全球合成生物学技术发展趋势及市场需求，为公司提供研发新目标产品；
4. 收集市场和行业最新信息包括竞争公司的市场策略,参与公司的商业发展战略的制定。

Responsibilities:
1. According to Chuanning’s capacity and technology platform, participate in search and evaluations of new products and technologies that are suitable for transformation in Chuanning in industrial biotechnology (synthetic biology and biotransformations) and explore collaboration opportunities with the partners.
2. Identify, evaluate, and execute potential business opportunities for the company. Prospect clients with CDMO and CRO needs in industrial biotechnology. Provide CDMO/CRO and other forms of research and development and production service collaboration for overseas customers.
3. Track the development trend of synthetic biology technology and market demand; identify new R&D targets for the company.
4. Keep up with the latest market and industry development landscape, including the market positioning of corporate competitors. Work closely with leadership and cross-functional management team members to design and execute the company’s business development strategy.

任职资格：

任职要求：
1. 生物化工类、管理类、营销类等专业硕士及以上学历。
2. 熟悉全球合成生物学医药中间体市场状况及需求，了解全球合成生物学技术发展趋势，与国际上合成生物学领域科技公司、生产商及终端用户具有良好的关系。
3. 八年以上生物技术、药企公司BD工作经验或大宗发酵产品外贸经验者优先。
4. 沟通能力强;,能独立工作也擅长于团队合作.

Qualifications:
1. Master degree or above in biotechnology, management, marketing or other relevant fields.
2. At least 8+ years’ Business Development industrial working experience in biotech and/or pharmaceutical companies; foreign trade experience in bulk fermentation products is preferred.
3. Familiar with the global market and demands of synthetic biology pharmaceutical intermediates, understand the development trend of global synthetic biology technology. Have good relationships with international technology companies, manufacturers, and end users in the field of synthetic biology.
4. Strong communication skills in English. Ability of speaking in Chinese is a plus but not required. Able to work independently and a strong team player.
